Uncategorized Press Release The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has announced the election results for its 2025-2026 Board of Directors at its 2024 Annual Conference, taking place in Indianapolis, IN.

The newly elected 2025-2026 NASPO Board Members are:

President-Elect – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, California
Director-at-Large – Brandon Spencer, Florida

 

NASPO’s 2025-2026 Full Board of Directors are:

President – Deborah Damore, Vermont
President-Elect – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
Immediate Past President – Valerie Bollinger, Idaho
Director-at-Large – Jared Ambrosier, Michigan
Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Utah
Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, South Dakota
Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, California
Director-at-Large – Brandon Spencer, Florida
NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council Chair – David O’Neal, North Carolina

The new board members’ terms will begin on January 1, 2025. NASPO congratulates the newly elected board members and looks forward to their leadership and service.
