Elections for 2021 NASPO Leadership

Review the 2021 NASPO Leadership candidates now! The nominee slate for the NASPO Board of Directors is now available via the NASPO Network. Please review the slate to learn more about the four President-Elect candidates as well as the candidates for the four open Director-at-Large positions. You can also listen to each of the President-Elect candidates through a special NASPO Pulse Podcast series available here.

Electronic voting for the 2021 Board of Directors will take place during the 2020 Annual Conference Business Meeting on Tuesday, September 15. Please note: Only the primary member from each state is eligible to vote. If you have any questions, please email Olivia Frey, Director of Membership Engagement and Strategic Partnerships.

Thank you to Debbie Dennis (Oregon, Committee Chair) and the rest of the Nominations Committee for their work in vetting each candidate against the new eligibility requirements.

2020 Annual Hybrid Conference
Registration Open

On September 15-16, NASPO will host the Annual Conference in a hybrid format. Join NASPO’s examination of this year’s strategic goals and reflect on NASPO’s priorities for the coming year. Listen to Dr. Kevin Snyder share a new approach to “thinking outside the box” to create new opportunities. Celebrate the many accomplishments of state procurement offices, honor this year’s Giulio Mazzone Distinguished Service Award recipient, and elect NASPO’s new Board of Directors for 2021.

The deadline for submitting reimbursement requests will be December 11, 2020. All funds’ policies and request forms can be found on the Reimbursements page of the NASPO Network.

Virtual REACH Conference a Success!

With record-breaking attendance (500 participants from 43 states), the REACH Virtual Conference, July 29-30, was a runaway success. Conference highlights included a motivational keynote from Dr. Bryan Williams on overcoming any barrier. Other participant favorites were “Building the Business Case for an eProcurement System” and “Staff Engagement: The New Normal.” the next 12 months via On Demand access.
