NASPO VALUEPOINT ANNOUNCES SUPPLIER CONTRACT AWARDS Public Safety Vehicle Lights, Sirens, & Accessories

NASPO ValuePoint® announces NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreements for Public Safety Vehicle Lights, Sirens, & Accessories. These competitively solicited contracts awarded to four suppliers by the Lead State of Minnesota offer emergency warning lights, sirens, and associated vehicle accessories for police, emergency, public safety, and transportation vehicles.

The awarded suppliers under this portfolio are:

  • Abrams Global Corporation
  • Emergency Technology, Inc. d/b/a SoundOff Signal
  • Federal Signal Corporation
  • Whelen Engineering Company, Inc.

The Public Safety Vehicle Lights, Sirens, & Accessories portfolio covers the purchase of lights, sirens, and related accessories that are affixed to public safety vehicles.  Related accessories may include:

  • Items that are part of a “Traffic Awareness Package” or “Vehicular Emergency Warning Products,” such as roof-mounted light bars, interior lighting packages, scene lights, spotlights, siren amplifiers, switches, speakers, and mounting brackets.
  • Various accessories and equipment such as cages, push grilles, shotgun holders, consoles, partitions, window armor, vehicle armor, push bumpers, prisoner seats, K9 enclosures, gun locks, trunk trays, cargo slides, printer mounts, computer mounts, docking stations, anti-theft devices, idle systems, airbag cutouts, skid plates, trunk organizers, cargo barriers, wiring harnesses, and siren speakers.

The new Master Agreements for this portfolio is effective as of March 13, 2025 through the Lead State of Minnesota.

This new award supports NASPO ValuePoint’s continued commitment to providing best-quality solutions. This contract is available for use by state governments, the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities, subject to approval by the State Chief Procurement Official and in compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
