The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has announced the election results for its 2025-2026 Board of Directors at its 2024 Annual Conference, taking place in Indianapolis, IN.
The newly elected 2025-2026 NASPO Board Members are:
- President-Elect – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
- Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
- Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
- Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, California
- Director-at-Large – Brandon Spencer, Florida
NASPO’s 2025-2026 Full Board of Directors are:
- President – Deborah Damore, Vermont
- President-Elect – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
- Immediate Past President – Valerie Bollinger, Idaho
- Director-at-Large – Jared Ambrosier, Michigan
- Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Utah
- Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, South Dakota
- Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
- Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
- Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, California

- NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council Chair – David O’Neal, North Carolina
