In this presentation, Dr. Darrall Henderson, Ph.D., State Director for Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Center (KYPTAC), and Sherry Savage, Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) Program Manager, will discuss the impact that COVID-19 has had on small business relations. They will also discuss small business needs from procurement officials and what small businesses can offer to states.

NASPO has collected a series of resources meant to assist with your procurement response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These resources include the NASPO Emergency Preparedness Guide and NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contract Updates on those items currently in high demand related to the COVID-19 pandemic like:

Masks
Gloves
Gowns
Cleaning Supplies

There are external resources available too from NASPO partner institutions like the National Governor’s Association, National Conference of State Legislators and the National Association of Chief Administrators.
