(Lexington, KY) – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) is pleased to announce the appointment of the 2026-2027 Supplier Advisory Group (SAG) that will provide feedback, advice, and counsel to NASPO’s leadership on a range of issues related to public procurement and cooperative purchasing.
The Supplier Advisory Group will create an open forum for supplier dialogue to help ensure NASPO meets the needs of its membership and the public, including current industry solutions and economic trends, when facilitating cooperative purchasing contracts.
“We’re excited to collaborate with this outstanding group of suppliers for the 2026–2027 term,” says Elizabeth Flores, Director of Supplier Growth and Engagement Strategy at NASPO. “As NASPO advances new priorities and innovative initiatives, the perspectives and expertise of the Supplier Advisory Group will play a vital role in helping us strengthen partnerships and deliver value to our members.”
The Supplier Advisory Group aims to align with NASPO’s mission and commitment to leadership, excellence, integrity, and collaboration in state and local government purchasing. Members of the group, which represent a diverse cross-section of vendors, will serve two-year terms, and meet with NASPO leadership both virtually and in-person throughout the term. The group will offer perspectives on contract terms and conditions, solicitation processes, increasing portfolio usage, allocating marketing resources, and more.
