LEXINGTON, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) is excited to announce that it has elected new members to its NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council for 2027-2028. The election took place during NASPO’s Annual Conference this week in Phoenix, Arizona.
Serving two-year terms beginning on January 1, 2027, are:
- 2027 Chair-Elect, 2028 Chair: Todd Herman, Kansas
- Eastern Region Representative: Kelly Martini, Pennsylvania
- Midwestern Region Representative: Randy Dublikar, Ohio
- Southern Region Representative: Nicole Hunter, North Carolina
- Western Region Representative: John Red Horse, Arizona
