NASPO Announces 2027-2028 Board of Directors

LEXINGTON, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has announced the election results for its 2027-2028 Board of Directors at its 2026 Annual Conference, taking place in Phoenix, AZ.

The newly elected 2027-2028 NASPO Board Members are:

  • President-Elect – Angela Shell, California
  • Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
  • Director-at-Large – David O’Neal, North Carolina
  • Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
  • Director-at-Large – Dhanraj Singh, New York
  • NASPO ValuePoint Chair-Elect (serving in 2028) – Todd Herman, Kansas

NASPO’s 2027 Full Board of Directors are:

  • President – Steve Berg, South Dakota
  • President-Elect – Angela Shell, California
  • Immediate Past President – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
  • Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Utah
  • Director-at-Large – Stacy Blank, Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
  • Director-at-Large – Jesse Marks, Florida
  • Director-at-Large – David O’Neal, North Carolina
  • Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
  • Director-at-Large – Dhanraj Singh, California
  • NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council Chair – Peter Korolyk, Delaware

The new board members’ terms will begin on January 1, 2027. NASPO congratulates the newly elected board members and looks forward to their leadership and service.
