Course Description:

This Procurement U online course is designed to provide public procurement professionals with a basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their application within the context of procurement. The course defines KPIs, offers procurement-specific examples, and discusses critical steps in the KPI development process.

Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) and other public procurement leaders responsible for setting department-level goals, as well as other public procurement professionals involved in monitoring the performance of projects.
