  • • Direct diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software problems.
    • Global Administrator of NASPO’s Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure tenant
    • Administer NASPO’s Amazon Web Services (VPC, VPM, S3, etc.)
    • Maintain NASPO technology equipment (printers, computer accessories, etc.).
    • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data, hardware, etc.
    • Assist with administration duties of cloud-based software including assignment/update of user security permissions.
    • Manage the hardware and software inventory.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to the Technology Team.
    • Train users in the use of hardware and software.
    • Manage the packaging and shipping/tracking of equipment to remote staff.
    • Oversee hardware/software update and maintenance program with staff.
    • Supervise Tech Operations and Tech Support employees.
