Administers and supports contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, and other procurement instruments made and entered into on behalf of the organization.
Serves as a resource to state CPOs, contract administrators, and other stakeholders/customers on public procurement challenges and opportunities upon request and, to the extent feasible, assists states with personnel constraints to maximize their use of and involvement in cooperative contracting activities.
Builds and manages strategic relationships with and between state CPOs, lead contract administrators, purchasing staffs, executive and legislative branch leaders, contract users, and the supplier community
