Assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of various administrative programs, such as communications, partnerships, membership, and HR.
Assists in the development of internal/external team training and professional development to improve understanding of public procurement and supply chain management.
Developing/managing budgets, hiring, mentoring, and performance assessment of administrative team staff, and business negotiations/contract management.
Works closely with membership and partnership directors to develop valuable benefits that will elevate the skills and abilities of the public procurement professionals we serve and demonstrate their value to key strategic stakeholders within state government.
