NASPO WELCOMES NAEP AS STRATEGIC PARTNER

Lexington, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP). This agreement strengthens the relationship between NASPO and NAEP, allowing members from both organizations to collaborate, share information, and provide valuable insight into their respective procurement practices.

The partnerships between NASPO and NAEP will explore research opportunities on topics relevant to both memberships to increase the skills and professionalism that will elevate the procurement profession.

NASPO strategic partners have access to education and professional development through NASPO’s Procurement U, a multi-faceted education platform. Procurement U courses provide instruction to all levels of procurement professionals.

Additionally, NAEP members will have access to best-value, reliable, and competitively sourced contracts available through NASPO ValuePoint.

“We are excited to partner, formally, with NAEP. This relationship will further elevate the procurement profession and provide valuable insight for both organizations. We are encouraged by NAEP’s interest in our educational and professional development programs, and we strive to be their premier partner moving forward,” said Lindle Hatton, NASPO Chief Executive Officer.

“NAEP’s partnership with NASPO will garner opportunities to share and build education programs that enhance and grow procurement professionals to meet today’s rapidly changing environment,” said Krista Ferrell, NAEP Executive Director. “We look forward to collaborating with such a dynamic partner as NASPO.”
