The Exchange procurement conference builds relationships among the supplier community and government entities—the largest consumers of goods and services in the country. This government procurement conference is where learning, networking, and partnering come together to develop business relationships that support public procurement outcomes that are effective, efficient, transparent, and fair.
- Procurement professionals from state, local government, and educational institutions can apply for scholarships that include full registration, travel reimbursement, lodging and meals. NASPO member states receive two complimentary registrations, with additional attendees able to register using Professional Development funds with CPO approval.
- Suppliers interested in government contracting opportunities can connect directly with procurement officials from across all 50 states and territories representing the nation’s largest public sector consumers. Registration includes 10 guaranteed One-on-One meetings with procurement professionals, a dedicated booth in the Exchange Hub, all educational sessions, meals, and networking events. Early registrants receive priority scheduling for One-on-One meetings.

The NASPO REACH Conference leverages the collective experience of state procurement staff. By sharing best practices and innovative approaches to state procurement, REACH provides education for front-line staff to learn from and replicate back in their states.
