Uncategorized Press Release The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has elected new members to its ValuePoint Executive Council for 2025-2026. The election took place during NASPO’s Annual Conference this week in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Serving two-year terms beginning on January 1, 2025, are:
2025 Chair-Elect, 2026 Chair: John Thomas, Montana
Eastern Region Representative: Peter Korolyk, Delaware
Midwestern Region Representative: Randall Dublikar, Ohio
Southern Region Representative: Gerard MacCrossan, Texas
Western Region Representative: John Chapman, Colorado
2025-2026 Full Executive Council are:
Chair – David O’Neal, North Carolina
Chair-Elect – John Thomas, Montana
Eastern Region Representative – Peter Korolyk, Delaware
Southern Region Representative – Gerard MacCrossan, Texas
Western Region Representative – Chelsea Robillard, Idaho
