The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) proudly announces the recipients of the second annual NASPO ValuePoint Supplier Recognition Awards. The awards were presented during a Supplier Recognition Luncheon at NASPO’s 2025 Exchange Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Wednesday, March 5.
This year’s awards featured three categories designed to highlight NASPO ValuePoint suppliers that have demonstrated exceptional dedication to public procurement by consistently exceeding expectations, advancing NASPO’s mission, and creating superior procurement outcomes for government agencies nationwide.
Winners were chosen through a nomination process, with awarded suppliers nominating their peers for the Community Impact and Environmental Impact Awards. Additionally, NASPO members were invited to submit nominations for suppliers under the Community Impact Award. The following categories recognize those suppliers who have made outstanding contributions:
- Community Impact Award – Recognizes the NASPO ValuePoint-awarded supplier that embodies the spirit of community service through time, leadership, resources, and/or funding contributions to the communities they serve.
- Environmental Impact Award – Recognizes the NASPO ValuePoint-awarded supplier that demonstrates innovation in environmental sustainability programs and practices within their business or industry.
- Most Valuable Supplier Award (MVS) – Recognizes the NASPO ValuePoint-awarded supplier with the largest total percentage of sales increase from FFY2023 to FFY2024 by portfolio category (IT/Telecom, Fleet, Facilities, HHS, Public Safety/Corrections, and General Office). Additionally, winners have demonstrated strong contractual partnerships through on-time reporting, timely payments of administrative fees, and open communication.
“We are proud to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of our NASPO ValuePoint supplier partners with this year’s awards,” said Jaime Schorr, Chief Procurement Officer at NASPO. “Each recipient has demonstrated exceptional dedication to excellence and innovation in public procurement. Their efforts play a vital role in ensuring government agencies have access to the best solutions and services available. We congratulate all awardees for their achievements and their commitment to driving success in procurement.”
