NASPO ValuePoint® announces the award of NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreements for Child Safety Seats to two suppliers. These competitively solicited contracts awarded by the Lead State™ of New Jersey will allow state and local governments to continue to purchase essential child safety seats and accessories that support efforts to create safer communities.
The awarded suppliers are:
- Child Source
- Longhouse Inventory Solutions
The Child Safety Seats portfolio includes five categories:
- Category One: Forward Facing Seats
- Category Two: Rear Facing Only
- Category Three: Booster Seats
- Category Four: Special Needs
- Category Five: Additional/Optional offerings
The re-solicitation of this portfolio demonstrates a strong commitment to protecting our youngest and most vulnerable citizens by providing public agencies nationwide with access to a broader range of high-quality, federally compliant child safety seats. These trusted, reliable products will address diverse needs, enhance child safety standards, and empower agencies to serve their communities better.

The Master Agreements for the Child Safety Seats portfolio is effective as of May 1, 2025 through the Lead State of New Jersey. Please note that the current Child Safety Seats contract is set to expire on April 30, 2025. Contracts are available for use by state governments, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities, but are subject to approval by the State Chief Procurement Official and in compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
