Supports sourcing team solicitation development, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract administration activities, with a focus on IT procurements.
Develops relationships with and engages NASPO members, other procurement staff, and the supplier community to ensure appropriate stakeholders are represented within the ValuePoint cooperative purchasing model.
Provides education and information to public procurement professionals, vendors, and other interested parties on the benefits of cooperative purchasing and participation in NASPO and NASPO ValuePoint.
Represents NASPO ValuePoint at conferences and trade shows, and fosters relationships with other professional organizations to form strategic partnerships for mutual benefit.
