NASPO State Procurement Law Institute is an opportunity to further your knowledge of legal issues involved in procurement and to foster a community of interest among those government attorneys representing NASPO’s membership. The goals of the Institute are to develop a program that educates attorneys supporting state government procurement on legal issues impacting state central procurement; equip attorneys to collaborate with state central procurement leaders in support of positive contract outcomes for the state; provide an in-person platform for interstate exchange of information among attorneys working in support of central procurement offices; and employ innovative formats and best practices in adult education in all aspects of the Institute agenda. Each state is provided three fully funded registrations (two attorneys, plus one CPO/primary member). If your state wishes to send more than the allotted maximum, please select the “Waitlist” option during the registration process.
