The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and the Texas Public Purchasing Association (TxPPA) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two organizations to form a new strategic partnership. This partnership is aimed at advancing procurement practices and delivering added value to members through knowledge-sharing, education and networking opportunities.
Brandi Ann Willard, Director of Partnerships for NASPO stated: “We are thrilled to announce our strategic partnership with the Texas Public Purchasing Association (TxPPA). By joining forces with TxPPA, we can leverage our collective expertise and resources to drive innovation, collaboration and continue to elevate the standards of the profession.”
