Course Description:

Building and managing your evaluation team is a crucial part of forming a quality recommendation. In this session, two states will discuss their solicitation evaluation process and strategies for managing the evaluation team to aid in presenting a solid recommendation for award.

Describe the RFP evaluation process.

Discuss the different evaluation team roles and responsibilities.

Identify best practices for managing an evaluation committee.
