Lexington, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) proudly celebrates the recognition of its members who serve in state procurement offices across the country and NASPO staff as recipients of the 2026 NASCA 20 Under 40 Award, presented by the National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA).
The NASCA 20 Under 40 Awards honor emerging leaders who have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and leadership in state government. This year’s recipients include individuals who are making a significant impact within the public procurement community and across the nation.
